There is yet another talented group emerging from the South. Da Back Wudz is quickly climbing the steps of the hip hop ladder. This group offers a grimey dirty south crunk with an arsenal of East Coast lyrical weaponry. Their music will be sure to bob your head and move your feet. They speak about their view of the USA and the world from the point of view of their home, Decatur, Georgia (a few miles East of Atlanta), hustlin' & grindin', love, and smokin'. The reason this CD would not get a 5/5 is simply because their dirty south accent makes it hard to understand them at times, certain times they sound like they try to copy Outkast's style, and there are two or three tracks that sound like they were thrown in at the last minute.   But nevertheless, they are truly one of the more talented groups in the dirty south. Welcome 2 Da Backwudz 4/5: This is the first track on their CD and it gives you a perfect example of who they are. Welcome 2 Da Backwudz is a very up-tempo track that will spark your interest on what they have to bring.

I Don't Like Of It 5/5: In my opinion, the best track on the CD. Very up-tempo and has a comical theme to it. It is a traditional dirty south track about standin' out in the club, what's around their necks, and how they are gonna be worldwide. You can tell a lot of time was spent on this track.

You Gonna Luv Me (Remix) 4/5: This track is fire. No other words to put it in. This track features Slim Thug and Nas. They killed it. Slim Thug's verse was alright, a traditional Slim Thug verse. Da Back Wudz verse was insane as usual. But then came Nas and killed that track with his execellent fire spittin'. Definitely the second best track on the CD.
