The Infamous Mad Linx has been a powerful force on radio since 1994.

Mad Linx’s radio career began at WMNF community radio. From there Linx expanded his radio presence to WTMP in 1997 and in 1998 became Mixshow diector. In 2002, Mad Linx because the afternoon drive jock for WTMP Hot 96.1 FM. Mad Linx also became national recording artist Angie Martinez’s Tour DJ that same year. In 2003 Linx took his legendary status to the #1 station in Tampa, WLLD Wild 98.7

Mad Linx has now ventured onto the next phase of his career. In 2005 Mad Linx was not only heard, but seen internationally as well. Black Entertaining Television took notice of Linx’s strong personality, on-screen presence and hip-hop credibility naming him the new host of the long standing and ever popular show Rap City, which airs every weekday from 5pm-6pm Eastern Standard Time. This major move is a credit to the hard work and perseverance that Linx has put into establishing himself in the entertainment industry.

Adding to his on air presence, Black Entertainment Television named Mad Linx the host of their 2005 fall season game show, The Road Show to rave reviews and ratings. In February of 2006 Mad Linx went back to Rap City full time. Upon his return the ratings increased by 30%. During Mad Linx’s tenure Rap City remained one of BET’s top rated shows.

Never one to remain complacent, Linx has now turned his attention to the action behind the camera. “From day one I knew where the true power was, behind the scenes and I couldn’t wait to get there.” Mad Linx the DJ and Host has now added the title of Executive Producer to his accolades. “I always learn everything I can when I’m in a new situation so that I can apply those lessons to future endeavors.” In 2007, Linx has already began productions on one of several shows already in negation to come to a television screen near you.

While staying very busy in front of and behind the camera, Mad Linx has still never strayed from his passion… performing. Linx can still be found DJing and hosting internationally. “I love to DJ! It’s where I started and it has brought me to this point. There is no feeling in the world like rocking a crowd, cause when I rock… you’ll never forget me.”
